SESSIONS
45 minute sessions
1-Session: $100 2 week meal plan
3-Session Package: $250 1 month meal plan (Save $50)
5-Session Package: $375 1 month meal plan + text support during cooking, grocery shopping & more (Save $125)
The Per Session or Session Package options are ideal for clients who prefer a more flexible approach to functional nutrition support that fits their needs and budget. Whether you're new to the service or seeking long-term support, you'll receive personalized attention to help you stay on track with your health goals. With a variety of session options available, you can choose what works best for your schedule and desired level of support.

Basic Plan: $250 (1) 45 minute session + 3 weeks meal plan + email or text support
Standard Plan: $350 (2) 40 minutes sessions + 4 week meal plan + email or text support
Premium Plan: $375 (4) 30 minute check-ins + 6 week meal plan
The Monthly Retainer option is perfect for clients who desire ongoing support and guidance on their functional nutrition journey. This model offers consistent, personalized attention, ensuring you stay on track with your health goals. Our group classes offer a great opportunity to gain valuable information alongside others who share similar goals, all at a more affordable rate.
