Judith is a certified holistic nutritionist who turned her own struggles with dieting, body image, and food anxiety into a powerful mission to help others. After years of believing that restriction was the answer, she discovered the life-changing power of food freedom. Embracing nourishing, balanced eating with real, whole foods completely transformed her health and mindset.
Now, she’s passionate about empowering others to break free from the vicious cycle of restrictive dieting. Her mission is to guide clients toward sustainable, healthy habits that foster lasting wellness—without guilt, fear, or deprivation.

SESSIONS
45 minute sessions
1-Session: $75
3-Session Package: $175 (Save $50)
5-Session Package: $300 (Save $75)
Our per session coaching option is perfect for those who prefer flexibility or want to try out coaching before committing to a package. Each 1-hour session is tailored to your specific wellness goals, offering personalized guidance, support, and actionable steps to enhance your health and well-being. Whether you need a one-time boost or occasional check-ins, our per session option gives you the freedom to schedule coaching as you need it.

Prices are per month
Basic Plan: $130 (2) 45 minute session
Standard Plan: $270 (4) 45 minutes sessions + email or text support + personalized wellness plan
Premium Plan: $365 (6) 30 minute sessions + customized wellness plan + access to exclusive resources (recipes, meal plans, and more)

30 Minute consultation
In depth look into your health goals, health history, and explore any challenges you're facing.
An introductory action plan to get you started on your goals right away.
02. PERSONALIZED PLAN
Customized wellness plan tailored specifically to you. Can include personalized meal plan, grocery shopping assistance, cooking assistance, and fitness guidance.
Weekly goals that are attainable and realistic.
03. ONGOING SUPPORT & FINE TUNING
Continual monitoring for improvements.
Adjustments to your plan as needed for optimal healing.
04. GRADUATION
When you’re feeling confident around food and great in your body, you’re ready to graduate!
